1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the crekix platform and all associated services. When you visit the crekix website, open an account, or use any service, all provisions of these Terms automatically apply to you.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred taka) for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
• Withdrawal processing time: Usually completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Deposited funds cannot be used for play until they are reflected in the account.
• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• The mobile number and account details used for transactions must match.

crekix reserves the right to investigate any suspicious financial transaction and to block it if necessary. If evidence of money laundering or fraud is found, the account will be closed immediately.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

crekix offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

• Welcome bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount can be withdrawn after wagering it 20 times.
• The bonus is available to new accounts only and can be claimed once per person.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is met.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on crekix are conducted in a fair and impartial manner. We use games from certified technology providers, which ensure fairness through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.
• If a connection is lost during a game, the system will automatically settle the bet.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.

8. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

crekix reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for investigation in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of the Terms is violated.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If suspicious financial activity or an attempt at fraud is detected.
• By order of a court or legal authority.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure).

You may also request to close your account at any time. In this case, any remaining valid balance will be returned, but bonus balances will not be refunded.

9. Limitation of Liability

crekix provides services on an "as is" basis. crekix bears no liability in the following cases:

• Game losses due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Transaction complications due to failure or delays by a third-party payment provider.
• Losses due to user negligence or intentional violations.
• Service suspension or closure due to legal or regulatory reasons.

In any circumstance, crekix's maximum liability will be limited to the actual deposited amount present in your account.
